Message from our Founder:
My name is Tyler. After playing collegiate tennis and earning a Master’s degree in Public Administration, I was ready for my next challenge. I took all that academic experience and...you could probably guess it... started a Window Cleaning Company! Ok, maybe not your first guess! And truth be told, I was surprised myself. Let me tell you the story... In Spring of 2006 I discovered that there was a large demand from Property Management Businesses and Homeowners that needed their offices and homes cleaned. I couldn’t believe that I was able to get a business up and running successfully with significantly less capital than opening up a store. Each year, the business grew and many of my friends became curious and also hoped on the “Home Cleaning Bandwagon”. After helping two of my buddies start their own businesses and seeing them thrive, I contracted the franchising bug! Starting a business is a lot of hard work and can be enjoyable as well when you have the support and system in place. My name is Nate and I own Labor Panes Charleston in the beautiful lowcountry of South Carolina. Charleston is known for it’s historical significance (first shots of the Civil War), it’s Southern hospitality and charm, and, as of 2013, it’s sparkling clean windows! While we may not be embedded into the culture as much the USS Yorktown that sits on display in Charleston’s harbor, or the Cooper River Bridge that hosts 50,000 people for it’s annual 10k run every April, we are are building a loyal following of clients and steadily growing this business. I was drawn into Labor Panes as a business opportunity because of seeing how well the Charlotte location was run. During our initial training, Tyler and his team, covered every aspect of the starting a new location. I saw structure in every aspect which helped boost my confidence to dive into this business.
