Owning your own Franchise is not the typical career choice. Your hard work will lead directly to personal rewards and growth. Are you ready to find out if this is the right opportunity for you?
It all begins with a phone call. This is the “curious” phase. We’ll answer your questions, discuss opportunities in your location, and give you some key information to initiate the process.
If so, a Labor Franchise could be right for you.
We know that owning your own business is a big decision. Owning a franchise gives you the opportunity to build upon a proven brand and system with the support of those who know how to succeed.
Your initial investment to start a Labor Panes location ranges between $55,700-$133,600*. Start-up costs vary based on location size and working capital needs. During our business planning meeting, we are able to walk you through what that investment looks like and help you explore financing options available to you.

After that first conversation, we set up a Discovery Day. Come in and we’ll talk more in-depth about how franchising works. This meeting includes a thorough evaluation to see if you are eligible for ownership, including a personality and strengths assessment, and a discussion regarding financial viability.
We’re looking for The Right Fit as we learn more about each other.
Following a successful Discovery Day, we’ll take steps to formalize the relationship. We’ll read and review the Franchise Disclosure Document together. If you accept the terms, you’ll sign, pay the franchise fee, and get started on building your franchise.
We’ll work to set realistic expectations with achievable goals that position you for growth and continued success.
Our team will help you prepare for your local market. We’ll make some introductions to our team so you can talk to them and ask about their experiences. Then, we’ll work together to come up with a business plan that can help you launch your franchise.
We’ll get you started with complete training on operations, services, marketing, and recruiting.
Now, for the rewarding part. We’ll support you as you plan and prepare your grand opening. Our team won’t cut you loose as you cut the grand opening ribbon. We stick with you with weekly coaching sessions, quarterly planning meetings, and bi-annual retreats.
We’ll work together to position you for growth and continued success.
